In short: we agree the scope and fee with you in a written quote before any work starts. You pay the invoice within 14 days. When we fill a role for you, the fee is 15% of the new hire's yearly salary, due when they start, with a 60-day replacement guarantee. Candidates never pay us any fees.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use recruitment-agency.us or buy recruitment and staffing services from Recruitment Agency, operated by Aristo Sourcing LLC ("we", "us"). "You" means the business or person using the site or buying our services.

If your signed quote or service agreement says something different from these terms, the quote or agreement applies for that point.

2. Our services

We provide recruitment and staffing services to businesses. This can be direct hire, contract and temporary staffing, executive search or recruitment process outsourcing. The scope of each search is set out in your written quote.

We give practical hiring guidance. It is not legal or immigration advice, and we are not a law firm. For legal questions, such as an employment contract or a work visa, you should also speak to a qualified lawyer.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Quotes. We send a written quote with the scope and the fee. Work starts once you accept the quote in writing.
  • Recruitment fees. When we fill a role for you, our fee is 15% of the new hire's yearly full-time salary. Payment is due when the new hire starts work with you. Any other fee is set out in your written quote. Candidates are never charged any fees.
  • Currency and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax or other taxes, which we add to the invoice where they apply.
  • Invoices. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless your quote says otherwise.

4. Refunds and replacement guarantee

  • 60-day replacement guarantee. If a new hire we placed does not work out within 60 days of their start date, we find a replacement for you at no extra fee.

5. Ending a search

  • Ending a search. You can end a search at any time by telling us in writing through our enquiry form or by replying to our latest email.

6. Your responsibilities

To get good results, you agree to give us accurate information about your business, reply to our questions within a reasonable time and make decisions on the recommendations we give. You remain responsible for the employment decisions your business makes.

7. Our materials

Once you have paid in full, you may use the candidate profiles, reports and other materials we create for you inside your own business. We keep the right to reuse our general methods and templates. The content on this website belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business and employee information confidential and only use it to deliver our services. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not misuse it, for example by sending spam through the enquiry form, trying to break its security or copying it in bulk. We may block access for anyone who does. Information on the site is general and may change; your quote sets out what we will actually do for you.

10. Ending our work together

We may suspend or end our services if an invoice is unpaid for more than 30 days, if you break these terms in a serious way, or if we are asked to do something unlawful or unethical. We will tell you in writing.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care in our work, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes such as staff retention or the result of a dispute. To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim;
  • we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or lost data;
  • we are not liable for the website being unavailable from time to time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Aristo Sourcing LLC is registered. If a disagreement comes up, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, it will be settled by the courts of that state.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version has a version number and date at the top, and we keep a record of earlier versions. The version you agreed to when you accepted your quote applies to that quote. If a change affects a search that is already under way, we will tell you before it takes effect.
